ADM 80 is a solvent-free, water-based silane/siloxane emulsion designed as a water-repellent admixture for highly filled external textured coatings. It reacts with fillers and aggregates within the coating film to provide a permanent water-repellent effect. Compatible with most acrylic emulsion paint systems, ADM 80 significantly reduces water absorption, improves early water resistance and helps protect coatings against water-borne staining, efflorescence and weather-related deterioration.

EMULSION LEN50 is a water-based, user-friendly silane/siloxane emulsion designed to provide water-repellent protection for permeable substrates such as outdoor timber, fabric, paper and masonry materials. After dilution with water, it penetrates the substrate’s capillaries to reduce water absorption and water-borne staining. It can also be used as a water-repellent admixture for textured coatings, latex paints and polymer renders, providing early water resistance and improved surface beading.

TECHDRYAD SALT RETARDER is a water-based, non-toxic admixture designed to provide water and salt resistance to cement/sand renders while improving workability and plasticising the mix. Its 3-in-1 formulation helps reduce water penetration, efflorescence and water-borne staining, eliminating the need for separate plasticisers and waterproofing additives. It is particularly recommended for cement/sand renders applied after installing a silicone damp-proof course to help prevent residual salt and water migration.
