DAMPCOURSE CREAM is a water-based, environmentally friendly silane/siloxane cream designed to provide a durable damp-proof course in brickwork and masonry walls. Its non-drip formulation allows easy application into mortar beds, where it forms a permanent water-repellent barrier to help stop rising damp. Suitable for brick, block, and stone walls, it requires no specialized installation equipment.
White thixotropic cream (non-drip formulation).

SOLID SILANE SS801 is an advanced aqueous thixotropic silane cream containing over 80% octyltriethoxysilane and siloxane. Designed to protect concrete structures against water and chloride ion ingress, it provides durable water-repellent protection with deep impregnation and minimal surface appearance changes. Its non-runoff formulation is suitable for horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces, helping reduce material wastage and application effort.

EMULSION PCW30 is a water-based oil and water-repellent concentrate designed to produce penetrating, stain-resistant sealers for porous masonry substrates. It provides protection against common staining materials, including oil, juice, coffee, food, and wine, while maintaining the substrate’s appearance and vapour permeability.
White emulsion with alcoholic odour.

EMULSION PCW40E is a water-based, silicone-based oil and water repellent sealer designed to enhance the colour and provide stain-resistant protection for masonry surfaces. After dilution with water, it penetrates and bonds with the substrate to deliver long-term protection against water, oil, coffee, wine, tannin, grease, food and other staining materials. Its non-film-forming formulation provides a wet-look, non-gloss colour-enhancing effect while maintaining the surface’s natural characteristics.

PROTECTACRETE W is a water-based silane/siloxane impregnating sealer designed to penetrate masonry surfaces and provide long-lasting water-repellent protection. It helps reduce water absorption, efflorescence and water-borne staining without significantly changing the surface appearance or vapour permeability. A slight darkening may occur on some substrates.

Available in 5 L, 20 L and 200 L plastic drums, and 1,000 L IBCs.

EMULSION LEN50 is a water-based, user-friendly silane/siloxane emulsion designed to provide water-repellent protection for permeable substrates such as outdoor timber, fabric, paper and masonry materials. After dilution with water, it penetrates the substrate’s capillaries to reduce water absorption and water-borne staining. It can also be used as a water-repellent admixture for textured coatings, latex paints and polymer renders, providing early water resistance and improved surface beading.

TECHDRYAD SALT RETARDER is a water-based, non-toxic admixture designed to provide water and salt resistance to cement/sand renders while improving workability and plasticising the mix. Its 3-in-1 formulation helps reduce water penetration, efflorescence and water-borne staining, eliminating the need for separate plasticisers and waterproofing additives. It is particularly recommended for cement/sand renders applied after installing a silicone damp-proof course to help prevent residual salt and water migration.
