Tile and Grout Cleaner

Concrete Remover

UNIMIX Degreaser
The safer alternative to industrial cleaners, UNIMIX Degreaser is equal to your toughest tasks. This general purpose, quick-acting cleaner removes stubborn dirt and heavy grease from floors, walls and other hard surfaces without harsh industrial acids, caustics, or solvents. UNIMIX Degreaser is hard on stains but gentle on skin. UNIMIX Degreaser is non-corrosive, non-emulsifying and 100% biodegradable.
UNIMIX Degreaser is safe on metal, plastic, rubber, glass, stainless steel, and virtually any masonry surface including natural stone, precast concrete, tile, brick, architectural block, and limestone. UNIMIX Degreaser is ideal for tackling greasy, grimy industrial floors and is a perfect pretreatment for paint and protective coatings.

UNIMIX SEAL W is a general use sealer and can be applied on brick, natural stone, tile, and concrete providing excellent protection against water penetration, mould growth and efflorescence.

UNIMIX GroutSeal
Permanently prevent water damage in all your wet tile areas with GroutSeal. Just mix GroutSeal into any common cementitious grout to virtually eliminate permeability to water and unsightly efflorescence.
GroutSeal significantly reduces mould build-up and water damage in tiled wet areas. There is no significant change in surface appearance from GroutSeal and the upgrade is permanent; there is never a need to reapply.
Recommended Uses:
GroutSeal is used as a water-repellent admixture for cementitious grout including polymer-modified grout or any other grout containing cement. Some features of GroutSeal include:
- Saves maintenance and repair costs long-term with one application.
- Significantly reduces water absorption and efflorescence.
- Enhances and retains grout finish and colour.
- Permanently bonds to grout without washing out.
- Leaves no oily residue on the grout surface.
