Water repellent penetrating sealers.
Tech-Dry masonry sealers are high quality silane-based product for masonry and concrete sealing. This clear penetrating water repellent sealer offers superior durability compared to surface coatings. It is available in both water based, and solvent based.
They are designed to penetrate into the capillaries of masonry surfaces and render the substrate water repellent. The type of masonry and concrete sealing achieved with Tech Dry sealers reduces the absorption of water, efflorescence or water borne staining materials which are responsible for most of the deterioration of masonry building materials.
These sealers are general use sealer and can be applied on bricks, natural stone, tiles and concrete providing long term protection against water penetration, mould growth and efflorescence.
Admixture for concrete and concrete products.
Tech-Dry manufactures a range of admixtures specially formulated for pressed concrete products and for wet concrete. These are manufactured involving pre-sealing technology by using Tech-Dry concrete admixtures which are silicone waterproof and water repellent admixtures. The admixture for pressed concrete is for use in concrete products including concrete blocks, pavers or other pressed concrete masonry. The admixture for wet concrete is designed to be a water-repellent admixture for use in the manufacture of wet-cast concrete products including ready-mix concrete, pre-cast concrete, mortar, renders and other cementitious products.
Admixtures for coatings or polymer renders
Modern water-based latex or emulsion coatings or polymer renders, such as textured coatings, highly-filled exterior paints or polymer renders, are permeable to water penetration. These coatings or renders cannot provide sufficient waterproofing protection to the building materials. Tech-Dry® has a range of silicone emulsion admixtures which can be added into latex or emulsion paints or polymer renders to significantly increase the waterproofing property of the coating/render film. The silane/siloxane in the admixtures such as Emulsion ADM80-1 and ASD 90 can react with the fillers or aggregates in coating/render film providing a permanent waterproofing effect to the coating/render.
Densifier concrete sealer
Tech Dry manufactures a range of concrete densifiers sealers to meet the performance required.
The Tech-Dry DENSACRETE range of concrete densifier sealers are specially formulated for treating standard concrete and concrete to be polished.
The Densacrete Premium product is advanced sealer that not only provide concrete densification sealing but also excellent oil-and-water-resistant properties to the finished concrete. Densacrete Premium combines two applications (densifier sealing and oil and water-proofing treatment) in one, to significantly save labour and material costs.
