It’s time to stop water damage to your exterior textured coatings! Emulsion ADM80-1 is a no VOC, solvent-free silane/siloxane emulsion water-repellent additive for external textured coatings. Silane/siloxanes react with coating fillers or aggregates to add permanent water repellence to the coating.
Recommended Usage:
Exterior textured coatings are architecturally appealing and popular but sometimes have poor weather resistance. Severe water issues are often due to high Pigment Volume Concentrations (60-80 PVC), causing discolouration, efflorescence, and general degeneration.
Add Emulsion ADM 80-1at 0.25 to 1% by weight to coatings in the final mixing stage in the plant. This provides excellent surface beading (see photo). The coating surface film has very low water absorption and water resistance develops quickly, preventing wash-down due to rain or dew before cure. Water absorption through the coating is reduced by up to 95%.

Finally! It’s time to stop using VOC-heavy solvent-based additives! Emulsion ADM 90 is a new latex-compatible silane/siloxane emulsion effective as both a penetrating sealer and as a latex paint/coating water repellent admixture. Emulsion ADM 90 achieves surface beading nearly equal to solvent-based silane/siloxane sealers with no VOCs.

Plus – This new multi-purpose emulsion is also a water repellent admixture for latex paints and coatings. Emulsion ADM 90 yields excellent water repellence to treated masonry and adds superb stain resistance to treated substrates.
Emulsion ADM 90 is used as a water repellent penetrating sealer after dilution. The sealer is suitable for permeable natural stone, concrete, brick, tile, and renders. Emulsion ADM 90 penetrates deeply into the capillaries of masonry substrate providing thorough and long-lasting water repellent qualities. Used as a water repellent additive for latex paints or coatings, Emulsion ADM 90 increases water resistance, improving the durability of coating against natural weathering.
